Its transformers are seamlessly calibrated during the manufacturing processes to offer a crystalline answer to the sound, by supplying defined basses, mellow-sounding middles, and clear trebles.
Blend: parallel process.
Canyon 16 Summing Mixer comes with an INSERT through which you may incorporate to the mixer bus whatever effect you can think of, equalizer, compressor… However, the fun has not ended yet. Thanks to the Blend control, you may choose the ratio of dry to wet signal. This will allow you to perform operations such as parallel compression, bringing consistency to the mixes without losing a shred of punch or ease.
Choose between a Clean and OOMPH sound.
All our equipment is designed to provide the greatest versatility and dynamism in your workflow. That’s why we’ve incorporated an extra feature in our adder that allows you to select between two analogue summing modes.
One with a cleaner, more crystalline sound, CLEAN, and the other with a warmer, rounder sound, OOMPH, which will bring our characteristic colour and personality to your mix.
Selecting the OOMPH option will allow the signal to pass through two Lundhal® transformers of the highest quality, perfect for giving character and differentiation to your sound.

Do you think 16 channels are not enough for your mixes? No problem! Through the MIX IN/OUT port of your Canyon 16 Summing Mixer, you will be able to link different Canyons up to 48 channels in the same mixer bus. Expand the possibilities of the analog addition for the most demanding mixes.

In order to guarantee the correct electron flux of the analog signal, we put together the finest “through hole” components, instead of robotically assembled miniaturized components. In this way we reduce to the minimum the electronic friction to enhance the thermal response of the equipment and avoid background noises.
Triad Magnetics® transformer.
Every Canyon 16 Summing Mixer is equipped with an original Triad Magnetics® transformer to nurture the power stage, thus providing a more stable, precise, and lasting result, that does not generate any type of noise.
VU meters.
Each Canyon 16 Summing Mixer also contains two excellent VU meters so that you can accurately control the gain levels of the analog signal.
Gold plated connectors.
When speaking about true ProAudio, all the links of the recording chain are fundamental. Gold plated connectors guarantee the best connectivity, and a total absence of contact noise as well. A real piece of jewelry in your hands.

Recycled cardboard packaging.
The cardboard packaging in which we ship our equipment comes from recycled sources and is FSC certified. They are light and resistant, protecting the equipment from impacts during transport, thanks to the air chamber system that keeps the equipment in suspension. With this change, we use fewer raw materials and resources, and we can source locally. You can take it everywhere with you thanks to its handle, keep it to store your equipment, or recycle it.
